3hi Partners is a strategy and organizational development consultancy, rooted in Africa, working with mission-driven organizations, social enterprises, institutions and ecosystem actors toward more clarity, stronger systems and healthier leadership. Our role is to help organizations strengthen the foundations that sustain their growth, their credibility and their durability over time. Our work is deeply rooted in African realities, while being increasingly nourished by inter-regional collaboration and a growing presence in Europe.

3hi Partners was born from field work, support and proximity with organizations, entrepreneurs, institutions and teams engaged in social, economic and organizational transformation. Over time, our work grew around one simple conviction: many organizations carry a strong mission, but they need stronger structures, more coherent systems, healthier governance and better-distributed leadership to sustain their impact in the long run. That trajectory gradually led us to widen our reach, diversify the kinds of actors we support and sharpen our positioning — to become today a consultancy rooted in Africa, operating across several countries, and expanding into Europe.

Larissa BYLL CATARIA is the founder of 3hi Partners and a practitioner in strategy and organizational development, passionate about helping mission-driven organizations gain clarity, structure and healthier leadership. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, organizational development and institutional strengthening, with a particular focus on what helps organizations move from mission-driven ambition to durable, coherent, scalable action. Through 3hi Partners she has supported organizations across Africa — including NGOs, associations, social enterprises and ecosystem actors — on strategic clarity, governance, leadership, organizational diagnostics, MEL, fundraising readiness and institutional strengthening. Her work is deeply rooted in African realities and increasingly nourished by inter-regional collaboration and expansion. She is convinced that strong organizations are not built by ambition alone, but by the coherence that allows ambition to last.
